Our vision for ReFit is to become the leading decentralized ecosystem for electronic device trade-ins, unlock services, and DeFi integration, all powered by community ownership.

We aim to:

• Simplify the lifecycle of devices through decentralized trade-in and unlock services.

• Reward users and community members through governance and staking benefits.

• Leverage the power of blockchain to create trust, transparency, and true ownership.

• Expand across multiple blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Solana, Sui, Monad) to provide diverse functionalities and reach a broader audience.

Roadmap

Q4 2024

• MVP Development & Testing: Finalize and test the MVP of ReFit, including IMEI verification, AI quoting, and wallet payment integration.

• Community Engagement & Marketing: Expand community outreach via social media, establish partnerships, and attract early adopters for platform testing.

• Launch GitBook Documentation: Publish detailed GitBook documents for community and developer use.

Q1 2025

• Platform Launch: Release the beta version of ReFit, allowing users to trade in devices and use the unlock services.

• Implement Governance (Realms): Set up community governance using Realms, enabling decentralized decision-making on platform upgrades and treasury management.

• Early Adopter Program: Roll out a reward program for early adopters, incentivizing usage and community participation with Armeni tokens.

Q2 2025

• Onboard New Ecosystem Partners: Partner with other wallet providers and DeFi projects to expand accessibility.

• Multi-Blockchain Integration: Start integration with other blockchains like Sui to provide a broader range of functionalities.

• Community Vault Expansion: Grow the community vault with new on-chain assets and revenues from trade-ins and unlock services.

• Advanced DeFi Integration: Develop and release a DeFi component for lending and borrowing with tokenized devices as collateral.

• Automated Arbitration System: Implement community and AI-based arbitration for dispute resolution.

• Arbitrage Bot Deployment: Develop an arbitrage bot that automatically purchases devices from external markets (e.g., eBay) for resale on ReFit.

Q4 2025

• Global Expansion: Scale operations to other blockchain ecosystems like Monad.

• Full Decentralization: Move toward full decentralization of operations and platform ownership, governed entirely by the community through Armeni tokens.
